If you''re looking for the most playful dog you''ll ever meet, your search ends with Tucker! He loves to play any game with any toy, but he is especially interested in balls and squeaky toys (even better if it is a ball that squeaks). He loves to play fetch and tug with a human friend, but we''ve also caught him entertaining himself in his kennel with toys. In his last home he was calm in his crate for an 8 hour work day, and got a great start on his basic obedience training. Our staff and volunteers have continued to work on training, and he is quickly learning that sit is the dog version of a person saying `please`. Along with being incredibly playful, Tucker is a doggy genius. Tucker is our go-to dog when we need a helper to introduce to the new dogs. He has shown himself to be very polite and charming with other canines at the shelter and in his previous home. He also got along well with cats in his previous home.
